Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at  [email protected]


  • Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled. All SOLD Items /Final Sale items are nonrefundable/nonexchangeable. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We take a lot of effort in packing and shipping our jewelry. Minor damages due to transit will not be considered for returns such as falling of stones. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  

Refunds /Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will email you the return address. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Missing Packages 

We do not refund missing packages. You will have to follow up with USPS for the missing package.
